Why install a Level 2 home charger
A standard wall outlet (Level 1) can take a day or more to charge many EVs. A Level 2 charger runs on 240 volts and can charge most vehicles overnight.
- Faster, more convenient charging at home
- A dedicated circuit sized for the charger, not a shared outlet
- Works with Tesla, Ford, Chevrolet, Hyundai and other EVs
- Hardwired or NEMA 14-50 outlet installations
Our EV charger installation service
Before we install anything, we check that your panel and service can handle the new load.
Load check and panel capacity
We review your panel and existing loads. If there isn't enough capacity, we'll explain your options, including a load management device or a panel upgrade.
Dedicated 240V circuit and clean conduit
We install a dedicated circuit with the correct breaker and wire size for your charger, and run conduit neatly to the garage or driveway location you choose.
Code-compliant and tested
The installation follows code, is permitted when required, and is tested with the charger before we leave.
